HORSE = ESTATE PLANNING FOR YOUR SITUATION AND NEEDS
MOST PEOPLE ARE DOCUMENT-FOCUSED FIRST AND JUST SAY, “I NEED A SIMPLE WILL.”

And, then, they make this statement:
- Before they learn about the advantages (pros) and disadvantages (cons) of wills and trusts
- Before they have analyzed their families needs and goals as it relates to estate planning; and
- Before they learn about the options and choices available to them so they can make intelligent decisions about “Estate Planning Solutions Tailored To Meet Their Needs.”
SOLUTION: Get the order of the “process” correct. Put the Horse (estate planning analysis) in front of the Cart (documents necessary for a particular type of estate plan).
